Hi this is Anjali Nilesh More , the founder of Padmayoga.

As a face yoga, pranayama, and meditation expert, with a background as a PSI police sub-inspector, I bring a unique and powerful set of skills to the table. My expertise in these techniques allows me to enhance physical and mental well-being, while my experience in law enforcement provides me with a deep understanding of the importance of discipline, focus, and resilience. I am a dynamic and effective teacher, capable of guiding others towards optimal health and well-being. 

By sharing my knowledge and experience, I have the power to transform the lives of my students, helping them achieve greater peace, happiness, and success. My background as a PSI police sub-inspector adds an extra level of credibility to my expertise, demonstrating my ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence, discipline, and grace.
